This 2.5-day workshop at Deltares in Delft, the Netherlands, on Nov 1-3, 2010, brought together expert scientists, engineers, operational forecasters and water managers to share experience, ideas, techniques and tools in the broad area of data assimilation (DA) for operational hydrologic forecasting and water resources management.
