In recent months, floods in Poland, China, Pakistan and many other countries have caused tremendous loss of life and property. Is this the result of climate change? And how can a country like Pakistan ever be properly protected against floods? These questions were asked of Piet Dircke by the Dutch media for national, prime-time TV. Piet Dircke works as Program Manager Water for ARCADIS and is the president of Flood Control 2015.
