This project focused at consolidating early warning information and presenting it in an appropriate way to decision makers.  It developed a first Dashboard Flood Management for urban and rural areas. The difference between the two dashboards is the availability and type of data. The project aimed to increase resilience of South East Asian population to natural hazards. Specific  objectives:


The project developed a first dashboard for urban and rural areas. The difference between the two dashboards is the availability and type of data. For the urban case, the goals have been reached and the added value of the dashboard is proven. What remains is socialization to make sure that policymakers and citizens of Jakarta, can optimally benefit from the available information and system.  Additionally, an Early Action App is developed. This mobile application disseminates Early Warning information and connects this information to specific Early Actions of disaster management organizations. It is a mobile dashboard on flood control.
